Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DRIPT, or the minimum age required in your country.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using DRIPT, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally allowed to enter into these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Any activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate account information

You may sign in using Apple, Google, or email authentication.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@getdript.app immediately.

What DRIPT provides

DRIPT is an AI-powered outfit feedback application.

You can upload outfit photos and receive:

  • AI-generated outfit ratings
  • Style feedback
  • Occasion-based suggestions
  • Style profile insights

The service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Style is subjective, and AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent.

Subscriptions and payments

DRIPT may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your Apple or Google account settings.

Pricing

Prices may vary by region, currency, taxes, or platform fees.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their platform policies.

If required under applicable consumer law, mandatory refund rights will still apply.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.

By submitting content to DRIPT, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Process your uploads to provide the service
  • Store scan history linked to your account
  • Send content to our AI processing providers solely for analysis purposes

This license ends when the relevant content or account is deleted.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own the content or have permission to upload it
  • Your uploads do not violate laws or third-party rights
  • Your uploads do not contain illegal, abusive, or harmful material

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not own or have permission to use
  • Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent material
  • Use DRIPT to harass, impersonate, exploit, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to access DRIPT
  • Circumvent subscription limits or payment systems
  • Use DRIPT in violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

DRIPT, including its branding, software, design, features, and related intellectual property, is owned by Ixalabs or its licensors.

You may share screenshots of your personal results for non-commercial purposes, but you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce DRIPT as a competing product
  • Use our branding without permission
  • Misrepresent DRIPT content as your own service

Third-party services

DRIPT relies on third-party providers including Apple, Google, OpenAI, Supabase, and RevenueCat.

We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, outages, or policies.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

AI-generated content disclaimer

DRIPT uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit ratings and style feedback.

AI-generated outputs:

  • May be inaccurate or inconsistent
  • May not reflect objective truth
  • Should not be treated as professional advice

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of AI outputs
  • Continuous availability of the service
  • That specific features will always remain available

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ixalabs will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities
  • Service interruptions or AI inaccuracies

Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of:

  • The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or
  • €100

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using DRIPT and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to DRIPT if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We are legally required to do so
  • We reasonably believe your use creates risk or harm

Termination does not automatically entitle you to refunds except where required by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or email before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of DRIPT after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
